Invite your team and give each person only the access they need.
Team & permissions
Go to Settings → Team → Invite and enter the person's name and email. They get an email to set their password.
Permissions
For each area — orders, products, customers, stores, couriers, tags, automation and team — choose View or Manage. "Manage" includes "View".
Some examples:
- Packer — view and manage orders (to book parcels), nothing else
- Call agent — view and manage orders, view customers
- Manager — everything except team
Pages someone can't open show as restricted. Changes to permissions apply straight away; removing someone signs them out.
