Automation
Rules that check new orders, hold risky ones, create tasks and book with your courier.
Automation
An automation is a rule that runs on orders by itself — for example every time a new order comes in.
Start from a template
Automations → Templates has ready rules, such as order verification. Pick one, look at its steps, change what you want, and switch it on.
What a rule can do
- Check the address, phone and email, and find duplicate orders
- Flag COD risk — customers with returns, or customers you blacklisted
- Change the order status, add tags and notes
- Create a task for your team, e.g. "Call to confirm order #1042"
- Book the order with your default courier
- Send an email to the customer or your team
Test before you turn it on
Run a rule on a real order as a test — nothing is changed — and see what each step would do. After it's on, every run is listed in the rule's history.
