Scan returned parcels back in and record COD received from the courier.

Receive returns
When the courier brings parcels back, open Receive returns and scan (or type) each tracking number. The parcel is marked as received at your warehouse.
You can also see returns the courier has marked as returned that haven't reached you yet — so you can chase them.
COD received
When the courier pays you the COD for delivered parcels, record it in Fulfillment so your orders show as paid.
