Connect a courier

Go to Couriers → Connect courier:

• PostEx — paste your API token from the PostEx merchant dashboard and pick your pickup address.
• Leopards — enter your API key and API password.

invertbyte checks the details before saving. You can connect more than one account and choose a default.

Using another courier? You can still record a parcel by hand with its tracking number.

Book parcels

In Fulfillment, select the orders and book them — one or many at once. Then:

• Airway bills — print all of them in one PDF.
• Pickup — create the load sheet / pickup request for the rider.

Tracking

Booked parcels are tracked automatically, and the order status follows the parcel: in transit, out for delivery, delivered, returning, returned.

Cancel

A booking that hasn't been picked up can be cancelled from the order.
