1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using invertbyte OMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

invertbyte OMS is a cloud-based order management and courier automation platform for online stores operating in Pakistan. The Service includes order import, order checks and automation, courier booking and tracking, airway bills, returns and related features.

3. Changes to the Service

We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. If a change affects what you pay or removes something you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must ensure your Shopify store and product listings comply with applicable Pakistani law
• You must not use the Service to process fraudulent orders or deceive courier partners
• You are responsible for accurate declaration of shipment contents and values for FBR and customs purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content within the Service is the property of invertbyte Technologies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Courier & Third-Party Services

invertbyte OMS integrates with third-party courier services. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by courier partners. Each courier operates under its own terms and conditions.

7. WhatsApp Messaging

Our number. When you send from invertbyte's WhatsApp number, each delivered message uses credits at the rate agreed with you. Credits are bought in advance, do not expire, and are not refundable. Messages that fail to deliver are not charged.

Order messages only. Our number may only be used for messages about a customer's order — such as confirmation, shipping, delivery and address requests. Promotional or marketing messages are not allowed on our number.

Your own number. If you connect your own number, Meta bills you directly for messages under Meta's terms and rates. The one-time setup fee covers our work to set up and connect your account; it is not refundable once work has started, including when Meta does not approve your business for reasons outside our control.

Rates. Meta's prices are in US dollars. We may change our per-message rate with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Pausing sending. To protect our number and other stores, we may pause WhatsApp sending for an account that receives many complaints or blocks, or that breaks these rules. We will tell you why.

You must have your customers' permission to message them about their orders, and you are responsible for the content you send.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, invertbyte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue due to courier delays or order processing errors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
