• Send you onboarding guides, product updates, and support communications
• Improve our product based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations including FBR reporting where applicable

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P, etc.) — solely to process shipments you create
• Shopify — via their API to sync your store orders
• Infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting) — under strict data-processing agreements

Your data is stored on servers located in Pakistan and/or the UAE. We apply industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Order and customer records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with FBR requirements.
