Our Story
Why we built invertbyte OMS
The problem we saw every day
We were helping Shopify brands scale in Pakistan and kept seeing the same pattern: a store would hit 50-100 orders/day and suddenly need to hire 2-3 people just to book couriers manually every morning. The product team, the marketing team — everyone would get pulled into ops. It was holding brands back.
We looked for existing solutions
There were OMS products in the market, but none were built for Pakistan. They didn't support TCS or Leopards natively. They weren't designed for COD-heavy operations. They required a dev team to set up. They cost more per month than a junior ops hire. None of them solved the actual problem.
So we built it ourselves
We started building invertbyte OMS for the stores we were already working with. Within weeks, their dispatch times dropped from hours to minutes. Their returns fell. Their ops teams could actually think about something other than courier portals. We knew we had something worth sharing.
Now we're opening the beta
